Julio Leal is a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Auburn University (AL). He is also a conference interpreter and sworn translator. He worked as an editor of books in the Brazil Publishing House, as professor at the Federal University of Bahia, and as a Master Program Director in the Bahia Adventist College. He has a Ph.D. in Education obtained at the Federal University of Bahia and an MA in Psychology at the Autonomous University of Madrid. His bachelor degrees are in education, modern languages and translation. His professional fingerprints are creativity, enthusiasm and good relationships with people. Also, an effective and inspirational leadership, teamwork, ability to resolving conflicts, reaching goals, willingness to go beyond expectations and easy adaptation to new environments. His experience, diligence, agreeable personality, earnest motivation, ethics and openness to learn make him someone ideal to manage people in different and in challenging settings.
